About the Role:
As a key member of our technical team, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development process. Your expertise will be utilised across multiple aspects of project coordination, ensuring seamless collaboration with our in-house technical teams.

About You:
* We are seeking an individual with a Civil Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
* You should have extensive experience within the role of an Engineer, preferably with a consultancy background or a housebuilder with in-house design capabilities.
* Ideally, you would hold MICE chartered or Incorporated status, but studies can be fully supported toward this.
* You will possess experience in creating detailed designs of infrastructure, foundations, highways, drainage, and external work in housing developments.
* You should have strong IT skills, including knowledge of packages such as Microsoft, AutoCAD, PDS, and FLOW (or similar).
