Position Overview
Join a dedicated team in providing exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking banking clients. This role involves assisting customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat, and sharing information on innovative digital banking products tailored for the Dutch market.
Responsibilities
* Provide assistance with general banking inquiries, account access issues, transfers, etc.
* Manage back-office tasks including responding to emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
* Present and inform customers about banking products.
* Adhere to transparency requirements, provide accurate product details (including purpose, characteristics, and risks), and uphold regulatory standards for client protection.
* Monitor and report any application-related issues.
* Meet defined quality standards and sales objectives.
Requirements
Skills and Competencies
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
* Language: Fluent Dutch (C2 level).
* Strong customer orientation, empathy, and listening skills.
* Excellent oral and written communication.
* Analytical skills and quick learner.
* Sales skills, social aptitude, and client interaction abilities.
* Strong problem-solving capabilities.

Experience
* Previous banking experience is beneficial but not essential.
