Due to continued business growth, we are looking for a Finance and Insurance Coordinator to join our Finance Business Services team here at Vertu Motors Head Office. If you would like to become part of one of the largest Motor Retailers within the UK, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
We are offering up to £23,000 pro rata basic salary, depending on experience, plus an excellent range of Company benefits.
This is a part-time role, 18 hours per week, 10am-1:30pm (Flexible on timings).
Helpdesk Management & Support
* Assign tickets on F&I helpdesk to appropriate technicians
* Deal with 1st line and 2nd line helpdesk requests.
* Drive the resolution of requests with the wider F&I team.
* Produce full monthly F&I helpdesk report to establish trends, compliance issues and coaching opportunities.
* Managing the maintenance of F&I Helpdesk.
Skill Set:
Essentials:
* Strong literacy and written communication skills
* Strong communication skills
* Experience of managing
* Organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines
* Ability to work closely with the wider team
Advantageous:
* Experience of advanced Excel skills
* Knowledge of working in a regulated environment
