A school based in Everton (L5) are looking to appoint for an experienced SEN TA with a clear understanding of trauma and the management of challenging behaviour. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced educator looking for a longer-term commitment within a welcoming RC Faith School.
Position: SEN Teaching Assistant.
Location: Mainstream Primary School in Everton (L5)
Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 15.15pm.
Rate of Pay: £13.50 - £14.00 per hour.
The Role:
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in providing tailored support to a child with significant SEN requirements. Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting and differentiating learning for a child who struggles accessing this within a classroom setting.
Providing nurture and care to the child, who has significant SEMH needs.
Liaising with other members of staff to ensure that the child receives consistency across the school.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
