The role of Sales Admin Coordinator:
* Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of all necessary documentation.
* Monitor and manage stock levels to align with customer demands and sales team expectations.
* Provide timely updates on sales performance and stock control metrics, contributing to strategic planning and decision-making.
* Identify discrepancies in stock levels, spearheading investigations and resolutions to maintain operational integrity.
* Foster and maintain robust relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders, enhancing business growth and customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with sales teams to devise supply solutions that meet customer needs while leveraging the company's capabilities.
The ideal Sales Admin Coordinator:
* A minimum of 5 ‘O’ levels or equivalent, including English and Mathematics.
* At least 1-2 years of experience in a sales office environment, preferably within the Oil and Gas industry.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven track record of integrity and ethical business practices.
* Proficiency in MOS (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with desirable skills in SAP and Microsoft Windows.
* A UK driving licence, complemented by outstanding organisational skills and the ability to thrive under pressure.
