You will play a crucial role in our Mortgage team, providing high-level customer care by effectively communicating with our customers via email and phone.
Working as part of our busy team, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills that will assist in providing a first-class service to our customers. You will be expected to collaborate and support your colleagues across a broad range of tasks within the team.
The role will include:-
• Assessment and administration of mortgage retention customers
• Liaising with mortgage customers & mortgage brokers
• Handling customer enquiries
• Management of an individual caseload of retention customers
• Communicating with all levels of staff
A background in mortgages would be desirable, but the successful candidate will receive full training and coaching.
