We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Agent to join our team at Fairmont St. Andrews. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a memorable experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
* Guest Services
o Check-in and check-out guests, responding to requests and settling accounts
o Take initiative to add a personalized experience for our guests
o Promote hotel facilities and amenities to enhance the guest experience
Requirements
* Service-focused personality with prior experience in a similar role
* Fluency in English; additional languages a plus
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
