Customer Service Advisor
Our client is seeking a Customer Service Advisor located in Watford to join a busy department. This role offers great incentives and a fun work environment.
Important: Must be able to start on 9th May.
Responsibilities include:
1. Dealing with customer inquiries
2. Leaving notes on customer files
3. Data entry
4. Liaising with internal teams
5. Providing outstanding service
Requirements:
* Strong communication and people skills
* Ability to multitask
* IT skills
Role Details:
* Temporary position starting on 11th April
* Pay rate: £12.31 per hour
* No holidays allowed in the first 6 weeks
* Office-based role
* DBS and credit checks will be conducted
* References required for the past 3 years (work, education, or personal)
