Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Client Success Associate who is passionate about customer success and building long-term relationships to join our Commercial team. As a Client Success Associate, you will work in close partnership with our Sales team to ensure the successful delivery of EV charging infrastructure projects across our diverse client portfolio.
You will be responsible for coordinating regular client touchpoints and progress review meetings, supporting Sales Executives in maintaining strong client relationships. Your focus will span multiple sectors including Retail, Residential, Destination, Hotel, and Workplace installations, where you'll be instrumental in managing client relationships throughout the entire project lifecycle.

* A driven and customer-focused individual with a passion for client engagement and success.
* Confident and empathetic, with strong natural emotional intelligence and the ability to understand client needs.
* Adaptability to handle rapid changes in the EV charging industry and client requirements.
* Background in managing B2B & B2C relationships.
* Comfortable working with data and technology, including CRM systems.
* A degree or equivalent qualification is desirable but not essential.
* Team player mentality while being able to work independently.
* You are self-aware and enjoy interacting with all types of clients to foster relationships and deliver excellent service.
What You Will Be Doing:
* Acting as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, providing day-to-day support and ensuring client satisfaction.
* Supporting the development and execution of client onboarding processes to ensure a smooth start for new clients.
* Maintaining regular communication with clients through phone, video calls, and in-person meetings, focusing on building strong, long-term relationships.
* Collaborating with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure client needs are addressed and feedback is acted upon.
* Assisting in the creation of client success reports and analyzing client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Attending industry events and representing EVC to strengthen client relationships and promote our brand.
* Maintaining accurate client records and interactions using CRM systems.
