Year 1 Teacher Responsibilities
1. Create and implement lesson plans that align with the national curriculum and school guidelines
2. Deliver engaging and effective instruction to Year 1 students, promoting active participation and academic growth
3. Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to cater to different learning styles
4. Provide constructive feedback and support to students to enhance their learning experiences
5. Create and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere
6. Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement school-wide initiatives and programs
7. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student progress and development
Year 1 Teacher Requirements
1. Hold a relevant teaching qualification and QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
2. Proven experience in teaching Year 1 students, including knowledge of the national curriculum
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with students,
