Role overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a Brand Manager who will serve as both guardian and visionary of Pro:Direct in the specialist sector. Your responsibility will be to provide clear and concise go-to-market strategies that grow and authenticate the Pro:Direct brand in Lifestyle. You will be responsible for the long-term vision of Pro:Direct, using data insights to measure and improve investment, whilst demonstrating success and significantly increasing brand awareness and share of market.

What we need you to do
* Provide leadership through the engagement and development of team members and ensuring a communicative and collaborative workplace is maintained.
* Govern Pro:Direct’s brand marketing and ensure this is forever evolving with new content which is effectively translated across all platforms.
* Construct an omnichannel strategic roadmap designed to grow prominence and authenticity of the Pro:Direct Brand.
* Work effectively alongside a pre-defined set of objectives and budgets.
* Utilise focus groups, surveys and other insights to gain a deeper understanding of the consumer.
* Develop and grow senior relationships with key brands such as Nike, Adidas, Puma, and New Balance, whilst establishing additional and new brand partnerships and opportunities.
* Drive the development, ideation, and strategic thinking of best-in-class marketing solutions and creative concepts.
* Facilitate and document go-to-market plans, working in synchronisation with retail launches and seasonal stories.
* Ensure cost trackers are updated and all invoices are finalised within 30 days of Campaign completion.
* Work alongside various departmental roles within the business to develop and deliver content strategy.
Your Skills
* Experience in building effective campaigns with the ability to work creatively and passionately.
* Design oriented with the capacity to create engaging visual presentations.
* Ability to manage and prioritise workloads, adhering to strict deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* International marketing experience and a personal interest in sport is desirable.
