As a non teaching member of staff, you will support in all aspects of the pastoral care of the students, upholding the school values and contributing to a community where students aspire to the highest standards and achieve to the best of their ability. Your role will involve supporting students with personal, social, and academic challenges, helping them build confidence and reach their full potential. Additionally, you will act as the key point of contact for parents and external professionals, ensuring effective communication and a holistic approach to supporting student wellbeing. This is a permanent position offering an actual salary of 23,099 per annum ( 27,562 full time equivalent), based on 37 hours per week, Term Time only.
