Overview We are seeking a dedicated Project Coordinator to join our Delivery team in Chawston. In this role, you will support on Anglian and Affinity Water frameworks. Up to £40k per annum doe Hybrid role Training and advancement opportunities We are a direct delivery specialist contractor to both the water industry and wider water environment. We currently hold 29 frameworks, and we work with most of the UK's water companies and the Environment Agency. What you'll be doing Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day- to-day management of projects on site and administrative office duties. You will provide the vital link between site staff and project management to ensure the smooth running of all jobs on site. Working in a reactive environment, assist the Project Manager to fulfil client requirements in a multi-site capacity from pre-construction to post-construction in line with all relevant policies, procedures, and best working practices. Assist the Project manager with the production of site files, including but not limited to the project programme, RAMS, CPPs, and quality documentation. Conduct site audits, identifying and escalating issues a necessary, and close out issues and actions in a proactive manner. Act as temporary works supervisor as and when required. Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks, safety bulletins, etc, ensuring all personnel receive necessary and relevant information consistently throughout the project lifecycle Ensure site staff follow health, safety, and quality policies and process. Check adherence and rectify issues immediately, while ensuring all records are maintained. Work with the project Manager to create a clear development plan that includes increased involvement in systems, processes, people management, project management and budgets. Who we're looking for Experience of multi-site management. Physically fit to enter confined spaces and access works on a construction site. Able to consistently work to a high standard of health and safety and quality. Knowledge of health and safety is essential. Hold a current CSCS Card (ideally Gold Supervisor Card) SMSTS (or SSSTS with the ability to work towards achieving SMSTS as a minimum).
