As a talented Lead Digital Analyst, you will join our Digital Trading & Marketing Analytics team. You will lead a talented team of digital analysts to drive decision making through commercially actionable insights to drive our revenue targets across easyJet and easyJet holidays.
What you’ll be doing:
1. Lead the Digital Trading & Marketing Analytics team & define the team’s roadmap whilst developing effective working relationships with the relevant areas and stakeholders across marketing, commercial and holidays.
2. Deliver powerful insights to understand and identify opportunities to improve trading and be an active member in achieving the Digital team’s company ambition.
3. Utilise 1st and 3rd party sources to bring together views of easyJet’s demands vs the market and our competitors.
4. Manage, build and maintain digital reports and dashboards that are created for trading and marketing ensuring automation avoiding manual reports.
5. Work with relevant stakeholders (up to board level) to build new requirements – delivering intelligible reporting aiming to deliver insights to drive decision making across departments within easyJet and easyJet holidays.
6. Cut through large data sets and multiple analysis options to provide intelligible, actionable reports and analysis.
7. Work to develop self-service reporting dashboards where possible.
8. Drive use of new tracking / reporting capabilities arising from new platforms / tools.
How you will do it:
Essential to this role will be proven experience of running a Digital Analytics team or as a Lead in a fast-paced, highly commercial eCommerce environment where you have led, developed, and coached a team, built productive relationships both internally and externally and have fantastic influencing, presentation and communication skills.
Technically, it is vital that you have an understanding of digital data structure and how it feeds from the website to Google Analytics and BigQuery.
You will need to be experienced in Google Analytics 360 (Universal Analytics with hands-on experience in GA4), dashboard presenting platforms (e.g., Data Studio, Tableau) – Looker experience is a plus, BigQuery and particularly the querying of Google Analytics UA/GA4 schema and mapping event tracking to the BigQuery GA schemas.
You will also have experience with MVT, A/B, and Analytics tools and an understanding of digital experimentation and the statistics involved.
A strong understanding of GDPR legislation and its impact on this area of digital analytics is also needed.

Location & Hours of Work:
We support hybrid working and we spend 2-3 days per week in the office at our Luton HQ.
