This exciting opportunity will involve working closely with our Divisional Directors to manage P&L responsibility for a UK clinic portfolio of up to 150 clinics including over 1000 people.
You will manage and report on the financial performance of the area as well as its individual clinics, recording accurate information in BI-Tool.
Responsibilities will involve providing advice and assisting Management to improve business operations and performance.
Role Accountabilities
* Deliver the budget through leadership together with Divisional Operation Directors across the division.
* Perform business analysis and control, as well as forecasting for the following areas to improve performance:
o Sales
o CoGS
o Personnel costs
o Opex
o Efficiency
* Prepare results, conduct meetings and presentations on actuals and forecasting to Group CEO, Group CFO and Group COO.
* Responsible for production and analysis of accurate financial and management reports for operational management (Regional Operations Directors typically 6 to 10 in a division)
* Propose measures for performance improvement of any nature and size, be it organic growth, cost reduction and capital efficiency improvement. Co-lead implementation together with Divisional Directors.
* Assist with the business case for acquisitions of clinics. Assist with the integration of newly acquired clinics.
* Act as the key contact person for the Marketing department for revenue/pricing analysis.
* Participate in BI-projects to improve or expand Group BI-Tool.
* Participate in Group Finance projects.
Your Skills & Experience
* Considerable experience as Business Controller of GBP 500+m sales business or BI-consultant
* Experience of working in a Private Equity environment
* Multi-site, healthcare, service environment with extensive people planning challenges
* Excellent academic degree
* Experience with PowerBI
* Experience with corporate performance management tools, preferably OneStream or otherwise Oracle-Hyperion or Tagetik
* Leadership
