The Management System Executive will accelerate Company performance by implementing, maintaining and ongoing improvement of a professional and consistent QHSE Systems across the organisation. Responsibilities: Responsibility for organisation's QMS, HSE and relevant ESG Governance and Management Maintain awareness of new external Management System and ESG standards and assisting senior management to make informed selections Interpretation of the selected standards in order to support process design in creating & maintaining processes that meet the company’s needs and comply with the requirements of these standards Develop, implement and maintain Quality Management processes that meet the company’s needs and ensure compliance Ensure Management System processes are made available to all who require them and any required training/awareness is identified in order that processes can be implemented Co-ordinate and govern relevant internal and external certification audits in order to enable the award of the required certifications Assess, plan and co-ordinate the integration of acquired business QHSE estate. Preparation of plan and Quarterly KPI Report for consumption at Operational Board. GDPR, Data Protection and ESG maintenance and ensuring compliance with support from the organisation Office Support and Facilities Management as required Experience: 10 years plus experience supporting Senior Management with Quality, HSE and ESG. Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) Internal Management System audit training Have excellent writing written and verbal skills and ability to communicate at all levels of the business Be strategic, methodical, logical and detail orientated with the ability to manage competing priorities Be able to investigate, document and maintain records accurately Ability to see the “big picture” while paying attention to detail Have an understanding of quality standards and models (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 27001:2022) Have a working knowledge of SharePoint and Business Management Systems
