The Role

As a Court of Protection Solicitor, you will manage a varied and rewarding caseload of matters involving vulnerable individuals, complex mental capacity issues and deputyship applications. This is an opportunity to work alongside nationally recognised specialists in a highly respected private client division.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handling health & welfare and property & affairs applications
* Advising on deputyships, statutory wills, LPAs and best interests decisions
* Representing clients at the Court of Protection and liaising with medical experts
* Working with high net worth and vulnerable clients with sensitivity and professionalism
* Supporting junior team members (if appropriate) and contributing to team development

Requirements:

1. Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE (Court of Protection experience essential)
