WRc Group, part of the RSK Group is hiring for a Management Accountant to join the central accounting team. This is a full-time position (37 hrs pw) offering flexible working, based from the office in Swindon (SN5 8YF).
There is an excellent opportunity to join this small dynamic team in a position that will enable a range of future options for onward growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for producing accurate and timely management accounts and financial reports for main and subsidiary companies.
* Lead the month end close process.
* Maintain control of balance sheet accounts with monthly reconciliation.
* Support annual financial audit.
* Key support for accounts payable and accounts receivable.
* VAT and other statutory returns.
* Support the Financial Controller with day-to-day financial ad hoc tasks.
Person Specification:
* Ideally Part Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA (QBE considered with proven experience).
* Demonstrable experience in preparing management accounts and month end close processes.
* Experience of working with multiple foreign currencies.
* Confident using Excel with Pivot tables and LookUps.
* Excellent attention to detail and a strong problem solver.
