Join Our Team as a Progress Coach at Abingdon and Witney College!
Are you passionate about supporting students in achieving their full potential? Due to exceptional growth in student numbers, we are seeking to recruit additional Progress Coaches to support our full-time students. In this vital role, you'll support students' personal development, performance, and progression as part of the curriculum delivery team through group and individual coaching, support and education.
You will co-design and deliver a programme that supports students' transition into adulthood, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and behaviours to become exceptional young adults ready to face challenges that come their way, and make a positive contribution to their community as well as their chosen industry. Collaboration will be key to ensure your support integrates seamlessly with vocational teaching.

The Progress Coach role is integrated into each curriculum area and whilst relevant vocational experience is not essential, it can be an advantage in understanding the vocational delivery.

Salary: £25,869 - £26,491 per annum
Hours: 37 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday to Thursday 7.5 hours per day, Friday 7 hours per day
Contract: Permanent
Location: Abingdon Campus
