Job Title: Block Manager
Description:
The successful candidate will act as a point of contact for Block Management issues, ensuring residents are compliant with requirements and blocks are well maintained. This role requires providing high-level customer service, arranging meetings around BM, and maintaining a high level of compliance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary point of contact for all Block Management inquiries and issues.
* Maintain accurate records of resident interactions and block maintenance activities.
* Coordinate meetings and discussions related to Block Management.
* Ensure that all residents are aware of and comply with relevant regulations and guidelines.
* Work closely with internal teams to resolve any block-related issues efficiently.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and possess strong problem-solving abilities. Experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
