Main duties of the job
1. To share with colleagues responsibility for the day-to-day management of the Department.
2. Assessment and management of patients on Paediatrics Assessment Unit and day care unit.
3. To share responsibilities of in-patient's care including ward rounds.
4. To provide outpatient clinics.
5. Fulfill duties of weekly timetable including out of hours responsibilities.
6. Attend multidisciplinary ward meetings.
7. Participation in Departmental Education and Training sessions.
8. To actively participate in both departmental and Trust matters concerning Clinical Governance and audit.
