What they need -
* An ecommerce/D2C specialist who can own the creative vision across all customer touchpoints (largely digital channels).
* Someone to work closely with the CMO to serve as brand guardian, sense-checking creative initiatives and concepts to elevate the overall quality of content.
* A seasoned digital native creative thought leader to manage and mentor the creative team and their output.
* Someone to manage processes and resources across the creative function, identifying brand opportunities and how these translate creatively.
* Someone who can align the team on brand values, refining the creative processes to deliver exceptional brand collateral that supports the overall business objectives.
What you're great at -
* Elevating D2C/consumer-facing brands for online customers through your creative thought leadership.
* Working as part of a team of disruptors, pushing the envelope when it comes to creative concepts.
* You eat, sleep, and breathe pixel-perfect design; typography and visual brand guardianship is second nature to you.
* Managing and inspiring fellow creatives, ensuring their design/copy/videographic output are constantly pushing boundaries and elevating the company's brand positioning.
* Liaising with senior stakeholders and working with the wider business to ensure the brand TOV is upheld across all customer touchpoints, both on and offline.
