Role Description LVGI have a new opportunity for a Senior Project Manager – MI covering our office in Bournemouth. About you We have a fantastic opportunity for experienced Business Intelligence (BI) and Management Information (MI) Senior Project Managers to join our Project Management community. The role will work within our General Insurance portfolio which covers all the business areas that we support such as Retail, Claims and Broker however this role will specifically be supporting our Business Intelligence Centre of Excellence (BICoE) teams. Within the remit of this role, you will need to (a) lead the shaping of BI/MI projects, owning the plan and delivery of the change on behalf of the sponsor and (b) understand and manage the impacts of other Projects within the existing BI systems portfolio. This means you will drive the implementation of complex and long-term business plans, within the General Insurance portfolio by supporting and managing the development, implementation and user adoption of reporting solutions, ensuring the change is sustainable, measurable and successful. Essential Skills At AZP we thrive on working collaboratively, with each other and always with our internal and external customers. Good communication skills, both written and verbal is important, to lead and deliver the requirements of the project you will become part of. You will thrive in multi-stakeholder projects and be comfortable adapting your approach and language to work with colleagues of various disciplines and seniority. You will already be a competent and effective Project Manager with a proven track record of managing large scale projects. Experience of a range of Project/Programme frameworks inc. Agile would be ideal, please highlight this in your CV along with any Project Management qualifications held. You will have experience in managing Business Intelligence or Management Information projects and this will be evident in your CV. Ideal but not essential is experience or awareness of Azure Cloud Technologies and familiarity with Microsoft BI tools would be advantageous. Financial Services, specifically Insurance would be beneficial but again not essential.
