Job Title: Sales Administrator Location: Yeadon, Leeds Are you a confident communicator with a flair for customer service? We are looking for a Sales Administrator to join our client in Yeadon, Leeds on a permanent basis. The role will involve following up on sales quotations sent to clients based on phone and email enquiries taken. Candidates must be comfortable speaking on the phone with clients and operating in a sale capacity to ensure conversion of quotations Hours: Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 Friday: 08:00 – 12:30 Responsibilities: Follow up on sales quotations sent to clients via phone and email Communicate confidently with clients to provide excellent customer service Handle phone and email enquiries with professionalism and efficiency Assist the sales team with administrative tasks as needed Requirements: Confidence on the phone and in dealing with customers Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Previous experience in a similar role is a plus If you are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and ready to take on a new challenge, we would love to hear from you.
