Sales: Drive sales of courses, events, and qualification packages by providing comprehensive information. Member Engagement: Engage with existing members to reinforce membership benefits and foster loyalty. Income Maximization: Develop strategies to maximize commercial income and explore new revenue opportunities. Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to enhance our offerings. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, potential members, and stakeholders. Prospecting: Reach out to existing members to secure event attendance and conduct targeted campaign calls. Promotion of Opportunities: Utilize every interaction to promote membership benefits, training courses, events, and initiatives. Candidate Specification: Experience in telesales / outbound sales role (minimum 2 years). Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
