Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and Implement QA Strategies: Design, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies, including automated testing frameworks and test suites for RF/Telecomm applications.
* Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with developers and project managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, identify testing needs early in the development process, and ensure alignment on quality objectives.
* Continuous Integration and Delivery: Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins to ensure seamless integration and deployment of code changes.
* Mentorship and Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop QA team members, fostering a culture of quality, ownership, and continuous improvement within the team.
* Defect Management: Analyze test results, document defects, and collaborate with development teams to resolve issues promptly.
* Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Qualifications:
* Experience: 10+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a strong focus on automated testing and QA leadership.
* Technical Proficiency:
o Strong programming skills in Python and Java.
o Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab/GitHub CI.
* Agile Methodologies: Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum/Kanban.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.

* Analytical Thinking: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
