Contract : 5 months Potential for further extension My client is working on new research to create better ways of learning from visual data (like images). They want to build a web based demo to show how these new research ideas work in action. The goal is to make a demo that looks great, performs well, and explains the research to a wide audience — from scientists to regular tech enthusiasts. What You’ll Do: Rebuild the Demo : You’ll help recreate the demo, starting with an older version or prototype, and make it better. The goal is to show off advanced research in a way that’s accessible and exciting for a broad audience. Collaborate with Teams : You’ll work with the design team to make the user experience (UX) smooth and user-friendly. You’ll also work with the research team to make sure the demo shows the research accurately and effectively. Deploying ML Models Skills Needed: Frontend Development : You should be skilled in web development, especially in designing the user interface (UI) and handling interactions on the frontend. Experience with Web Technologies : Experience in web technologies from HTML and CSS to more advanced visual web technologies like Canvas and WebGL (or frameworks like Three.js, Babylon.js) Programming : You should be comfortable coding in JavaScript (for the frontend) and Python (for the backend). Worked on Public Facing products Nice-to-Have Skills: If you have experience with running models in the browser (like using ONNX Runtime or HuggingFace), that’s a plus. Experience with visual frontend work using Canvas or CSS filters
