About the Role:
* Deliver engaging and interactive Business Studies lessons to Key Stage 4 students, focusing on GCSE curriculum requirements.
* Develop and implement lesson plans that incorporate case studies, real-world examples, and practical business simulations.
* Facilitate student-led projects and presentations, encouraging teamwork, problem-solving, and critical thinking.
* Assess student progress through presentations, projects, written assignments, and examinations, providing detailed and constructive feedback.
* Contribute to the development and enhancement of the Business Studies curriculum, ensuring it aligns with current industry trends and best practices.
* Organize and lead extracurricular activities, such as business clubs and enterprise challenges, to enhance student learning.
Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong academic background in Business Studies, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience teaching Business Studies to GCSE level, with a track record of achieving positive student outcomes.
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and practical skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students.
* Strong knowledge of business principles, market trends, and entrepreneurial strategies.
* Commitment to fostering entrepreneurial skills, financial literacy, and a strong work ethic in young people.
* Ability to use technology effectively to enhance teaching and learning.
