If so, we have an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic and self-motivated Organisational Development (OD) Partners to join our talented, highly versatile team.
About the Role
As an OD Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the delivery of the People and Culture Strategy and enhancing the capacity of the OD and Culture team. Working closely with senior leaders, line managers, and stakeholders, you will lead the development, implementation, and sustainability of learning, leadership, and organisational development initiatives across the organisation. This role offers challenge, variety, and the opportunity to make a real impact.
Core responsibilities:
* Partner with stakeholders to design and implement OD initiatives that support organisational change and people development.
* Lead OD and change projects to deliver the People and Culture Strategy.
* Use data insights to inform OD strategies and interventions, measuring their impact on organisational performance.
* Provide OD advice and guidance to senior leaders and managers.
Our OD Partners will be asked to support the following dependent on their expertise:
* Drive leadership development programmes, equipping leaders with the skills and capabilities to inspire high-performing teams.
* Develop initiatives to shape and evolve our organisational culture and embed our values and behaviours.
* Support staff engagement and experience strategies to enhance motivation and performance.
* Develop learning strategies, interventions and programmes that build our people capability and skills for future success.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking candidates who have:
* Proven expertise in implementing OD, L&D, and change management strategies.
* A collaborative approach, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organisation.
* Excellent communication skills including facilitating and delivering engaging workshops, training sessions, and development programmes.
* A passion for creating systemic, values-driven change and continuous improvement.
* A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to influence and challenge when needed.
* Learning and development design expertise, instructional design, creative digital learning skills.
