As Senior Food and Beverage Supervisor you can expect to be involved in:
* Assisting the Food and Beverage Manager in the supervision of casual staff and the delivery of an efficient and high-quality bar/bistro service.
* Supervising the service of food and drink, plus all aspects of stock and cash control.
* Working closely with kitchen colleagues to help deliver a first-class dining experience.
* Ensuring compliance with all aspects of health, safety and hygiene standards and adherence to the relevant legislation.
What will you bring to the role?
* Experience of supervising bar and catering staff to achieve an efficient and excellent food service in a high-volume environment.
* Excellent customer service skills in a busy environment.
* Willingness to work flexibly.
* Health and safety/risk assessment knowledge.
* Experience in creating rota patterns and organising work schedules.
* Experience of working in a fast food environment or similar.
* Experience of overseeing staff rotas, stock management, transactions, and training.
* Knowledge and experience of EPOS and stock management systems.
