The Excel Academy is looking to appoint a conscientious, organised, highly motivated, and flexible Apprentice Site Supervisor.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with a keen interest in maintenance, security, and health and safety to gain practical experience while securing an official qualification.
The successful candidate will be required to complete an apprenticeship course funded by the Trust. Upon successful completion, you will secure a permanent role as Site Supervisor, which may be based at any academy within the Trust.

Brief Summary of Role
As part of this apprenticeship, the successful candidate will assist in the general maintenance and site security of the academy. This will include:
* Porterage duties
* Waste disposal
* Daily site maintenance, including planned and preventative maintenance schedules
* Delivery distribution and furniture moving, as required
* Site security, including opening and locking of the site
* Contractor supervision, as and when needed
An apprenticeship programme includes regular training with a college, other training organisations, or online/external assessor visits. At least 20% of the apprentice’s working hours will be spent training or studying.
