What the Job Involves This role is positioned within the Interventions Hub and Support for Families Team, focusing on early intervention and prevention services. Your responsibility will be to deliver services that empower parents of children identified as in need. You will work to build parental capacity, enhancing and promoting the child's health and development. This position requires ensuring families access a variety of services and tiered support, preventing escalation and family breakdown by providing timely and appropriate assistance.
