Teaching Personnel, Birmingham are seeking a passionate and dedicated teaching assistant to work full time or flexible hours in one of our amazing partner schools. A secondary school in Solihull require a teaching assistant to support pupils with their learning and development, particularly pupils with special educational needs.
Pay rate: £84-95 per day (dependent upon experience)
Our ideal candidate:
- hold English and Maths GCSE qualifications
- previous experience as a teaching assistant
- confident and approachable personality
- experience working with or supporting children/young people with special educational needs
- competent knowledge and understanding of safeguarding principles
The amazing secondary school in question are requiring someone to slot into their supportive and empowering team of staff, work collaboratively with staff members to enrich the learning and development of pupils within the school. Being a proactive and engaging individual is vital in order to succeed in this role, the priority to be self-motivated and use your own initiative is important.
