Job Description
Pertemps are working with a large organisation based in Ayrshire who have a temp requirement for an Administrator to join their team. This role is for a period of 8 weeks and will be office based. There is a possibility that this role will be extended or made permanent. The client does have free parking and salary is circa £23500.
The Administrator is responsible for providing administrative support for compliance, with particular focus on screening customers, identifying new orders and requesting/verifying end customer details.
Key Responsibilities:
• Using software to screen end customers against US, EU & UK sanctions.
• Escalating concerns/queries to line manager for further investigation.
• Review and investigate customers as potential matches with sanction parties.
• Producing and filing evidence of the screening steps undertaken.
• Maintaining records to evidence the screening process has been undertaken.
Knowledge Requirements:
• Proven experience in a support/administrative role preferred. Training to be provided on sanctions and systems.
• Attention to detail and good analytical skills required.
• Willingness to perform substantial task repetition.
• Good Excel skills required.
• Ability to communicate effectively throughout the organization and with global customers.
• Good organisational and time keeping skills.
