We have a very exciting opportunity within our quantitative division. This new role is for a Lead Data Strategist (equivalent to a Research Manager). We’re looking for someone with very strong attention to detail who has a strong grounding in quantitative research. Our outputs are strategic, so you must be someone who enjoys critically thinking beyond the numbers. What this means on a daily basis: You will lead the day-to-day management of multiple quantitative research projects. You will have an active involvement in all aspects of the research – from study design through to client debriefing (this will include writing survey questionnaires and table specs, as well as creating compelling strategic narratives from data tables). You will utilise and delegate appropriately to junior members of the team to maximise the use of your time. You will be alert to commercial sensitivities and proactively explore better working practices. You will proactively investigate how we can optimise our research approaches in robust and creative ways. You will ensure data is being used and explored strategically across projects. We are looking for someone who has: 3 years of agency or client-side research/insights experience (some agency-side experience preferred with a Quantitative focus) Full process knowledge – the ability to cover all aspects (from writing questionnaires to creating reports) with no supervision Proficiency in complex analysis and analytics techniques, able to extract insight and create engaging deliverables from multiple data sources including primary/survey and non-survey data Experience with tackling clients’ business questions and presenting findings to clients Experience working on large-scale multi-country projects Track record of running complex research projects Initiative and creativity in problem-solving Excellent written and verbal communication – the ability to consolidate a large amount of information into clear, actionable recommendations Perks of working for The Mix: We have been working a 4-day week since 2017 - that is right, we don’t work Fridays We offer 25 days of annual holiday plus public holidays.
