They support medium-enterprise clients in the Public Sector, financial services & insurance industries where they are set to hit the ground running in January with a strong stream of projects for repeat & new clients!
This position is aligned to someone who is driven by customer success, ensuring project are tailored to the customers needs & delivered with excellence. You will be the face of the business, gathering requirements, liaising with stakeholders & understanding the full scope before handling all aspects of the development & configuration on each project.

What they are looking for:
* 3+ year's ServiceNow implementation experience
* Strong understanding of Sec-Ops/IRM/GRC module implementations
* ITIL methodologies
* Excellent communication skills & ability to manage stakeholders
* Competent with all aspects of development, design & build through projects
* Well versed with Java, HTML, CSS, Python
* REST/SOAP API's
* Experience with solution design is desirable
* ServiceNow certified CSA & CAD is highly desirable
