Join our General Insurance Claims Feature Team, a group of experts who craft and deliver experiences for nearly 2m home insurance customers through various channels. * Experience working collaboratively across teams to ensure effective controls are in place which deliver great customer outcomes.
* Experience analysing data and identifying journey improvement opportunities and solving complex problems.
* Ability to influence others through excellent written and verbal communication to share ideas, proposals and issues to a range of senior colleagues.
