Position: Service Advisor
Location: Bristol
Salary: £27,500 Basic | OTE £33,000 (Bonus schemes, Commission, & Overtime)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 17:30 / 08:00 - 18:00 on rotation
Saturday: 08:00 - 12:30 (on rotation, paid at overtime rates)
Sunday: CLOSED
Holiday Entitlement: 30 days (inclusive of Bank Holidays)

Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Service: Respond to customer enquiries, book vehicles for service/repair, and provide quotations using the dealer system.
2. Vehicle Drop-Off & Collection: Organize customer drop-off and collection requirements.
3. Service Updates: Review vehicle history, identify additional work requirements, and keep customers informed about their vehicle's status.
4. Liaison with Workshop: Communicate customer needs to the workshop team, ensuring smooth workflow and accurate documentation.
5. Invoicing & Payment: Create invoices for completed work, handle payments, and ensure all paperwork is completed accurately.
6. Customer Handover: Explain the work carried out and the invoice to customers during vehicle handover, promoting additional products and services where relevant.
7. Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints and queries, resolving issues to mutual satisfaction.
8. Manufacturer Relations: Liaise with manufacturers or warranty providers to handle warranty claims and authorizations.
9. Documentation: Maintain customer records and ensure smooth workshop operations.
10. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on manufacturer bulletins and promotional offers to provide the best service.
About You:
1. Customer-Focused: Passionate about delivering high-quality service with excellent communication and organisational skills.
2. Team-Oriented: Able to work well in a fast-paced, team environment with shared objectives and performance goals.
3. Detail-Oriented: Ability to process detailed information and handle administrative tasks effectively.
4. Experience: Previous experience in a service advisor role or customer service environment within the automotive industry is beneficial.
5. Driving Licence: A full UK driving licence is required.
