Here at Stonewater, we are looking for a Treasury Manager to take responsibility for the operation of and accounting for Stonewaters funding, hedging and cash management, ensuring tight control and compliance with all obligations. The role also has line management responsibility for a Treasury Assistant.

As our Treasury Manager, you will be responsible for all principal, interest and fee payments under the Groups £1.2 billion debt and £300m derivatives programmes, ensuring compliance with all operational requirements of financial agreements and preparing all regulatory and internal reporting. You will be responsible for accounting and reconciliation of all Treasury Transactions, being the first point of contact for accounting questions from the auditors and manage the investment of cash balances according to treasury policies, minimising risk whilst ensuring the maximum return is earned. You will maintain the Treasury Management System (TMS), using it for payments, accounting and reporting, and be the lead for Stonewaters financial ESG reporting requirements.
The ideal candidate will:
* Hold a recognised Treasury qualification.
* Have proven experience of treasury payments and accounting, demonstrating increasing responsibility.
* Have experience of using and maintaining a treasury system.
* Communicates well with and influences others, both inside and outside of the organisation.
* Have a high degree of accuracy, quality, and timeliness, dealing with sometimes complex concepts and getting it right first time.
* Work co-operatively in a team environment, taking responsibility and owning tasks, whilst working with the team to achieve as a group.
