Recent expansion through acquisition has prompted the need to strengthen the finance department with the addition of an experienced Management Accountant. The role will work closely with a part-time FD and will involve regular interaction with the MD and senior team to ensure the timely and accurate production of financial information. The main responsibilities will be:
1. Preparing the monthly management accounts pack
2. Supervising the month end close process
3. Budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting
4. Balance sheet reconciliations
5. Preparing the year end accounts
6. Monitoring FX transactions
7. VAT returns, PAYE etc.
