ENGINEERING AREA SALESPERSON
We are recruiting for an Area Salesperson to work for our client who are based in Bradford, West Yorkshire.
THE DUTIES OF A SALESPERSON:
1. This role will have two main focuses, one to take on and enhance existing customers and two, to increase our customer base with the focus on Composite machined parts.
2. Supporting existing customers and acquiring new customers
3. Creating sales budgets
4. Participate, develop and implement sales strategies and action plans
5. Performing sales control and analysis of customers and products
6. Supporting sales partners
7. Acting as project manager for validation of our products in customer applications
8. Conduct market and competitive intelligence and analysis
9. Processing customer complaints
10. From time to time some overseas travel will be involved.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS:
1. The successful candidate is expected to come from an Engineering/Industrial background and have proven experience in sales within this market.
2. The candidate will have suitable engineering qualifications.
3. Good understanding of business relationships
4. Good knowledge of MS Office and experience with CRM programs
5. Entrepreneurial thinking and acting, strong results orientation and ambitious
6. Winning appearance, strong contracts, convincing communication style
7. Conscientious, excellent manners and a strong customer focus
8. Ability to develop customer specific solutions to problems
9. Experience with working with Blue chip manufacturing companies, Aerospace and the MoD will be most advantageous

THE HOURS:
40 hours a week (Remote Working Optional)
THE PAY:
You will earn an annual pay of £45k- £50k depending on experience.
