PROCUREMENT CO ORDINATOR – SHOW HOME SECTOR
We’re looking for a Procurement Co Ordinator to join our team!

Artspace’s studio is at the forefront of national show home design, creating schemes for the UK’s largest house builders.
We are a team of creative individuals who are passionate about designing exceptional show homes that exceed our clients' expectations.
POSITION OVERVIEW:
The role is within purchasing and buying. This role is not for anyone who is looking to progress as an interior designer, stylist, or a creative team member.
The Procurement Administrator will play a key role in supporting the team by managing the sourcing, ordering, and delivery of furniture, fixtures, materials, and other supplies required for our interior design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, a keen eye for detail, and a knowledge of design. You will work closely with designers, project managers, and suppliers to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
DAY TO DAY TASKS:
* Purchasing all furniture, soft furnishings, wallpapers & lighting for interior design projects.
* Negotiate prices, track orders, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery with weekly updates.
* Supplier Coordination: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring the best possible pricing and product quality. Act as the main point of contact for suppliers.
* Order Processing: Process orders, track shipments, and update worksheets on delivery schedules. Resolve any issues related to delays, shortages, or damaged goods.
* Documentation and Reporting: Maintain organised procurement documentation including purchase orders and delivery receipts, coordinating closely with the warehouse team.
* Responding to install queries and actioning changes on site as they come in.
* Responding to warehouse queries and chasing outstanding items.
* Answering the phone.

Experience and good knowledge with Excel and Outlook (Microsoft Office).
Able to use multiple Excel spreadsheets at any one time.

Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude with the ability to spread positivity and promote great team spirit.
CONTRACT AVAILABLE
40 hour contract, Mon – Fri.
Salary dep on experience.
