What You’ll Be Doing: Assessing and monitoring customer interactions (calls, emails, digital channels) to ensure compliance, accuracy, and excellent member experience Identifying trends and areas for improvement, and sharing feedback and working with teams to enhance service delivery Working collaboratively with compliance, operations, and training teams to promote quality and consistency Supporting process improvements and helping embed a strong culture of quality across the society What We’re Looking For: Experience in a quality assurance or compliance-related role, ideally within financial services A keen eye for detail, with strong analytical and communication skills Someone who’s proactive, fair, and committed to doing the right thing — for our members and our colleagues An inclusive mindset and a belief in continuous personal and professional growth Inclusion Matters to Us We’re proud to be an inclusive employer.
