Key Responsibilities:
As a KS2 ECT, you will:
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the KS2 curriculum.
* Assess and track pupil progress, adapting teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
* Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and carers to support pupil development.
* Contribute to the wider school community, including extracurricular activities and events.
Key Requirements:
The school is looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual who:
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and a relevant teaching qualification.
* Has a passion for delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils' learning journeys.
* Demonstrates excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Is proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the school community.
