This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about visual storytelling and looking to build hands-on experience in video production and post-production. You will assist in creating high-quality video content, contributing to a variety of projects, and honing your skills in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist with planning, filming, and editing video content for use across multiple platforms, including websites, social media, and marketing campaigns. Operate cameras, lighting, and audio equipment to capture high-quality footage. Edit video content using industry-standard software, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and project objectives. Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts and storyboards for video projects. Optimise video content for different platforms, including aspect ratios, subtitles, and file formats. Research current video trends and techniques to bring fresh ideas to projects. Organise and manage video files, ensuring efficient workflows and storage. Assist with post-production tasks such as colour correction, sound design, and motion graphics (if applicable). Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Basic knowledge of camera operation, lighting, and audio equipment. Passion for video production and visual storytelling. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently when needed. A creative mindset and willingness to learn new techniques. Desirable Skills: Experience creating video content for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube. Familiarity with motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe After Effects). Knowledge of colour grading and audio editing. Understanding of video optimisation for various platforms and formats.
