About this role We are looking for an experienced HR/People professional to join our Operations team. This generalist role is ideal for anyone with well-rounded people and communications skills. You will work with a small team providing support and guidance to our people in all fields of HR but in particular, employee relations, recruitment, learning and development and reward and benefits. Role responsibilities Provide day to day HR support to the agency Working with the team to ensure accurate HR and people records are maintained Generating reports and contributing to project work Providing counsel on employee relations issues.
