Your Role as a Teaching Assistant:
* Deliver engaging and personalised learning support to children.
* Assist with educational activities, helping children build confidence and close learning gaps.
* Support children with Autism, ADHD, and Learning Disabilities in a nurturing environment.
* Work one-on-one and in groups, tailoring support to individual needs.
* Encourage positive behaviour, fostering independence and well-being.
* Collaborate with teachers, carers, and families to ensure a holistic approach.
What You'll Need:
* A passion for working with children and young people.
* NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Childcare (or equivalent, desirable).
* Strong communication skills, patience & adaptability.
* Commitment to safeguarding & promoting child welfare.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins and bank holidays (on occasions).
