About the role We are looking for an Operations Coordinator to support their daily operations, client interactions, and overall office management. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth business operations, assisting with meetings, coordinating client engagements, and supporting internal processes. Key Responsibilities Office Management: Oversee office operations, supplies, and general administration to ensure a well-functioning workspace. Client Coordination: Assist with scheduling meetings, managing client communications, and ensuring a smooth client experience. Meeting & Event Support: Organize internal and external meetings, take minutes, and coordinate follow-ups. Operations Support: Assist with reporting, document management, and ensuring key business processes run efficiently. General Administration: Provide support to the team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and ad hoc tasks. Requirements Experience as an Office Coordinator, Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant in a professional setting (consultancy experience is a plus). Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Comfortable using office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and project management tools. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and manage multiple priorities.
