What you’ll do
Working within the UK Business HRBP team, driving an ambitious people plan which underpins the business strategy of being #1 for Customer Experience, #1 Best Place to work #1 and for Convergence.
As a HR Business Partner, this role will partner with members of Customer Solutions & Operations LT team, with a key focus on organisational effectiveness, culture and engagement, talent management, building leadership and professional capabilities as well as driving key transformation activities.
The role holder will be accountable for delivery of all central HR activities, such as annual reward review, performance development, recognition and the detailed budget process, whilst driving improvement in Diversity and Inclusion and Engagement. Key accountabilities include:
1. Partnering with members of Customer Solutions & Operations LT team- (exact groups to be confirmed) with support from Senior HRBP in decision making and key transformational activities
2. Working in partnership with others to deliver against the people plan to support the achievement of the business strategy, utilising people analytics
3. Supports the evolution of the overall VF Business operating model to ensure exceptional customer experiences, future readiness, whilst driving revenue maximisation and operational efficiency
4. Drives effective talent management, capability development and succession planning to attract and retain diverse talent
5. Works with L&D to develop initiatives that deliver growth for employees and drive performance productivity
6. Support our Business D&I agenda, ensuring that we promote offerings from the Group and UK, as well as continually challenging our thinking to ensure we are innovative in our approach.
7. Contributes to specific people transformation initiatives across the UK.

8. Commercially savvy; good depth of business understanding
9. Experience in operating model design and change management desirable
10. Ability to prioritise and identify core issues whilst managing competing deliverables and stakeholders
11. Strong relationship & coaching skills; strong communicator
12. Ability to navigate a matrixed, complex & international organisation
