Allstaff Office Division are delighted to bring to the market the role of Customer Services Agent (Part-Time) based in Renfrew.
We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our well established client and manage incoming and outgoing calls with a professional telephone manner.
This role involves collecting, recording, and maintaining accurate customer and order details, ensuring that all interactions are handled with the utmost care and precision. You will be responsible for providing accurate and valid information in response to customer queries, managing and resolving customer complaints, and undertaking a variety of administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of our office.
As part of your duties, you will develop extensive stock and product knowledge to effectively assist with customer queries and the order process.
The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service or call centre roles and possess excellent listening and communication skills. Attention to detail and a strong customer service focus are crucial to this role. Confidence in working both autonomously and as part of a supportive team is essential, as is proficiency in Microsoft Outlook/email.
This part-time position requires availability from Monday to Wednesday, with office hours from 08:30 to 17:00 (22.5 hours per week). Flexibility in working hours to meet customer demand and the ability to work additional hours on occasions to cover team holidays is also essential.

Salary: £12.21 per hour
